Meme’s baby daddy. JaMel would never cheat on me. That’s what I wanted to believe anyway, but my intuition knew better. I had to get back up to Meme’s room and find out what the fuck was going on. She couldn’t have known that I was JaMel’s wife or else she wouldn’t have handed me her phone to call him. Either way, I was going to fuck her up! The thought of Meme or any other woman having any parts of my husband, was asking me to beat that ass. I didn’t give a damn who she was! The doctor came inside and rolled his stool next to my bed.
"Mrs. Taylor, your blood pressure is extremely high. That is what caused you to pass out on the 5th floor." I just listened. I wanted to tell him that I was on the fifth floor supporting my husband’s baby mama through her labor, and didn’t know it. That’s what caused me to pass out.
"We also ran a few tests on you. Are you aware that you are three weeks pregnant?" Was he trying to make my blood pressure go up even higher? If so, he damn sure was doing a good ass job.
"No, I wasn’t aware." That’s when I realized that I was hooked up to an ultrasound monitor also.
"Well, according to your medical history and your blood pressure, we need to keep you here for a while to monitor you and the baby. We have to get that blood pressure down Mrs. Taylor.” There was no way in hell I was about to sit up in this hospital room. I needed to find out what the hell was going on. I needed to see JaMel ASAP. I just hoped I didn’t kill him when I saw him. Soon as the doctor walked out of the room, I began unhooking everything.
I removed my IV and walked out AMA (against medical advice). Before making my way back up to Meme’s room, I went to my car to grab my phone. JaMel had been blowing me up, so I called him back but he didn't answer. Mega had called too but right now I had some business to handle.
I got my phone out of my car and walked back towards the emergency room entrance. When I spotted JaMel’s BMW parked in the parking lot, I knew that it was about to be some shit. I was ready to snap this nigga’s neck. I hopped on the elevator and headed up to the labor and delivery floor. Then it hit me. What if MeMe tells JaMel about me fucking her brother, Mega? I started pressing the down arrow button so quick. I had to play my cards right. I just couldn’t go in there and nut up on his ass in front of everyone, because my infidelities would come out.
I pressed the down button to go back to the bottom floor. I headed back towards the parking lot to JaMel’s car. Should I break his windows and slash the tires? Or should I set this muthafucka on fire? All types of evil shit was running through my mind. It was broad daylight so there wasn’t too much shit I could do. I was surprised when I saw that he had left his car unlocked. I hopped inside and made myself comfortable. I was going to sit and wait for this nigga to come out. I don’t give a damn how long it would take for him to come out. That muthafucka wasn’t going to believe it when he came outside and I was sitting up in this bitch. I called JaMel back to back repeatedly, so I know he would eventually come down to call me back.
To add fuel to everything that was going on, I was expecting once again. The sad part about it is I wasn’t sure who the biological father of my baby was. It could be Mega’s, but then again it could be JaMel’s. I definitely wasn’t about to tell Mega that I was pregnant; not right now anyway. None of this really bothered me because I knew I wasn’t going to carry this baby full term. Instead of dropping 600 dollars on an abortion, I would just let it happen on its’ own as it always does. I know that sounded fucked up, but I’m just being honest. As far as JaMel, I wanted to kill his ass. I was hurt
