    She peeked inside to see a long and slim black box.  She pulled it out and opened it without a single clue as to what could be inside.  Inside was a small item that resembled a sort of tool.  It had a long handle made of stainless steel with a spiked wheel on the end of it.  Stitched into the fabric lining the box were the words The Wartenberg Pinwheel . 
     
    She stared down at it with a look of awe.  She had seen these before and had always wanted to use one and know what they felt like.  She looked up at Billy with shining eyes and a face flushed with excitement.  He smiled when he saw that the gift pleased her. 
     
    She lifted the pinwheel and placed the box and bag on the dresser behind her before gently rolling the wheel on the palm of her hand.     She ordered him to lie down in the middle of the bed as she walked over to get two of her hair ribbons from a drawer.  She got onto the bed on his right side and pulled his arm up from his wrist toward the bedpost.  She took one of the ribbons and tied his wrist to the post, making sure it was secure before walking around the bed and doing the same on the side.  She walked to the foot of the bed and looked down at his body, admiring the way he looked bound to the bed.
