Perfect Slave
clothes, turned on her heels and strode out of the room. Andrea heard the door being locked behind her.
This was her punishment, she knew. Being left on her own was a thousand times worse than being bound and whipped. Even if Hawksworth had instructed Laurie to do it, that would at least mean he had thought about his new slave. But shut up in this room, naked and alone, was an indication of his indifference.
If he hadn’t called her to his room, perhaps he was with one of the maids. She’d seen the way Julia looked at him. She was obviously in training too. The other maids in the dining room might well be there for the same reason, too. There were lots of rooms in the stable block. Did each contain a beautiful woman waiting, like her, for the privilege of serving their master? That thought depressed her even more.
There was a glimmer of hope though. Laurie had told her to keep her make-up on. Could that mean Hawksworth might still call for her?
She realised then that her whole life had changed completely. In the space of a few hours she had gone from being independent with a relatively normal life, to being totally and absolutely dependent, her whole life orientated towards one man. But however much she wished it could have started differently she did not regret the change for one moment. When he gave her the chance, she would be a perfect slave.

Chapter Four
    Â
Andrea had fallen asleep, and was startled awake by the noise of the key turning in the lock. It was still dark, but without her watch she had no idea what time it was.
Laurie strode into the room. She was wearing a pair of glossy black Lycra leggings over a figure-hugging body in the same material, with black high-heels but no make-up. It looked as though she’d been roused from her sleep.
â€˜You’re required,’ she said with a hint of disapproval. In her left hand she held a leather harness, in her right a black silk slip.
Andrea scrambled to her feet, her heart thumping from a rush of adrenaline.
    â€˜Turn around.’
Andrea obeyed, turning her back on the brunette. Laurie dropped the slip on the bed then held up the leather harness. It consisted of a thick leather collar attached to a short strap. She wrapped the collar around Andrea’s neck, over the steel collar she already wore, and buckled it in place. The short strap hung down between her shoulder-blades. Two leather cuffs were attached to it, one above the other.
    â€˜Put the slip on.’
Andrea picked it up. It was made from the finest silk and had the narrowest of spaghetti straps. She pulled it over her head. The material felt deliciously soft against her skin.
â€˜Hands behind your back,’ Laurie ordered.
As she put her arms behind her back Laurie took hold of her left wrist and twisted it up to the leather strap, into the top cuff. She wrapped the cuff around it and buckled it tight, then secured Andrea’s right wrist into the lower cuff. The bondage was awkward and uncomfortable, straining the muscles in her arms and shoulders, making her elbows stick out to the sides.
Laurie went to the drawer in one the bedside table. She took out a brush and quickly brushed Andrea’s long blonde hair. ‘Follow me,’ she ordered.
The bondage had created an immediate surge of arousal in Andrea, but she could not separate that from the excitement she felt at the thought of being taken to her master. She managed to catch a glimpse at Laurie’s watch. It was two o’clock in the morning.
They walked down the narrow staircase and along to the panelled double doors. Laurie knocked on one, then turned and headed off down the corridor without another word. Andrea watched as she disappeared into one of the other bedrooms.
The house was silent. Nothing moved. She listened intently for any noise from inside what she guessed must be Hawksworth’s bedroom, but could hear nothing. She had been given a second chance. Hawksworth had
