Sara into his strong arms giving her a loving squeeze. He wanted her to trust him and knew it would take time but he was OK with that. As he held her close he could smell the floral scent of her shampoo as he nuzzled his nose in her hair. Her body was soft and delicate in contrast to his hard, strong arms. It felt so natural to him to have his arms around her and his body shielding her. He wanted nothing greater than to protect her from any additional pain in life.

Alex also knew that bringing Sara into a domestic discipline type of lifestyle could become a challenge depending on her willingness to follow his lead. He knew she was a strong woman with strong thoughts, strong beliefs, and strong values. He respected her a great deal and never wanted to lose that. He also wanted her respect him and knew that he needed to show his dominance in their relationship in order to keep that.

Sarah melted into him as Alex wrapped his arms around her. She could feel his strength and she felt safe. She had a strong desire to please him in every way. She had felt this before with other men. That desire to please. But men in the past not only didn’t get it, but they just took advantage of it instead of admiring it and respecting it. She felt Alex would see this differently. At least she hoped so.

“Let’s go get you unpacked. I made space in the closet and cleaned out some drawers for you.” Alex said smiling as he grabbed her suitcase in one hand and her hand in the other and led her to the bedroom. Sara could tell he was excited and wanted to start ‘playing house’ right away. She found his eagerness to get started titillating as her body was responding in other ways, telling her how much it wanted him.

Alex lifted the suitcase and flopped it on the bed, unzipping it for her and flipping it open. He opened the closet door, “see... I actually gave you most of the closet. I hear that most women’s complaints is not enough closet space.” Alex said as he smiled and winked at her, razzing her about the stereotype.

“Honestly, I don’t have that many clothes these days. Before I moved out here, I did a major cleaning and donated a lot of my clothes to charity. Since I work from home now, I don’t really need a lot of dressy clothes. I kept a few, but they are back at my house. For now, I only brought what I would need for the next month.”

Alex dropped his smile a bit, realizing that this WAS just a trial. In his mind, he didn’t want to think of it that way. He wanted to think of it as the preface to them being together forever. But he realized that this trial would make or break it for them. He had to convince her that they were meant to be.

Alex walked back over to her, took both hands and gently put them on each side of her soft round face. He lifted her face towards his and gazed deeply into her aqua blue eyes. He could see that she was happy to be there but could sense her reservations. He had to do this carefully and do this right.

“Babe, I love you more than life itself. I don’t want you to be afraid. I want you to be happy. I don’t want you walking on eggshells wondering if the hammer is going to come down on you. It doesn’t work that way.” Alex said, making sure he was looking directly into her eyes.

“Come with me.” He said, as he took her hand in his and led her to the living room, walking them over to the couch. “Sit.”

Sara sat on the couch and waiting to hear what he had to say.

“Did you get a chance to look over any of those websites I wrote down for you?”

    “Yes, I did a little.”

“What did you think about them?”

“Well…a lot of what I read didn’t seem quite real. I mean, it was almost like reading a fiction story about couples who get into spanking. I guess I didn’t really think those stories were from real couples.”

“They are from real couples. Real couples just like us, who value the roles of men and
