closed her eyes, rubbing her mouth on his cheek. “I’m going to make you beg for mercy.”
He grunted and pressed his cock hard er into her, like he’d orgasm at the idea alone.
    “You want that?”
    “You know I do.”
She shuddered at the gushed words and put her hand on the back of his neck . Guiding his mouth to hers, she rubbed her lips on his. “Remember what I did last time?”
His hot breath hit her lips as he licked her upper then lower lip, nipping all along them. “I do. You put your pussy on my mouth. You made me be still while you rubbed it so very perfectly on my lips. You rubbed her clit on my nose.” His words gushed in agony. “Oh fuck, Sarah.”
“I’m going to make you do things again.”
He gasped , his fingers slipping under the hair at her neck, his touch still delicate and careful.
A door closed at the back of the safe house and Sarah was ready to find someplace private. “You want that?”
H e finally fisted his hand in her hair the way she loved, his other hand on her stomach, pulling her hard into his cock. “I do.”
Sarah felt so delicious. “I’m going to cleanse you, Micah.”
His breath rushed out. “What? Cleanse me?” The extreme excitement and hope in his voice as he burrowed his mouth in her neck, surprised her. “Cleanse me,” he rasped in her ear. “I’m very dirty, doc. So. Very. Dirty.”
Sarah’s heart raced at the odd tinge in his tone. The sincerity in his words struck a chord in her doctor’s mind. A vulnerable sound she’d not encountered in him. Almost like a trapped inner child who’d found the one he was willing to trust. Sarah pressed her face into his as he continued suckling at her neck. “I’m going to purge your beautiful soul, Micah.” The words gasped from her lips and Sarah waited to see what he’d say, if she were imagining it all.
“Yes! Please, yes. I want you to clean me, doc. I’ve always wanted that.”
The amount of sincerity that saturated his voice brought a chill over her body. Part of her wanted to stop and check to see if he were okay, but the doctor in her said, play along, she’d stumbled into something no session could unlock. An erotic trigger? She decided to slip in the opened door and have a look around. “Good. Very good. You will need to shower first.”
“Will you… do it for me?”
Sarah’s eyes rolled shut at hearing the definite sound of a younger version of him peeking through. The innocent boy. And he wasn’t’ aware of it. She turned in his arms and held his face then placed tender kisses on his lips. “Is that what you want? For me to help cleanse you? Inside and out?”
    “Now? Can we?”
Her heart thundered at the adolescent beg in his tone. “You have been a good boy—”
He shook his head. “No, no. I haven’t. I haven’t been good doc.”
His regret stole her breath. “Do you trust me?”
“Yes .” He nodded emphatically. “With all my heart.”
“I’m going to make a new rule for you.”
    “Okay. I like your rules.”
“When I say you have been good. You must trust that I know what good is.”
“I don’t want to be bad anymore.”
    “I won’t let you be.”
He pulled her closer to him. “Can you clean me now?”
“Yes love. I can clean you now.”
In the bathroom, Sarah trembled in worry for Micah. What was taking place in him was serious and delicate. This was no longer just pleasure, it was much more. She needed to be so very careful with him. She couldn’t help wonder if sex should be a part of therapy. But then, if it’s what triggered it, then it could be used to her advantage. The therapist in her always knew that there was no way a human could endure what he had and not come away unscathed. And if sex was a part of the trauma, then it’d have to be part of the healing.
“Take off your clothes for me.”
Anything for her. He quickly complied until he stood, naked before her. Sarah removed her clothes and Micah devoured her body with hungry eyes.
