this matter. He couldn’t entertain the notion any longer and he didn’t have time for Jeanette’s antics. He just grabbed his things in a hurry and rushed off as if he were late for work. Jeanette didn’t even get to finish her little ploy. The jig was up.

She wasn’t used to losing. Whenever that happened, Jeanette got angry. This time, she was seething. Her face was red, and she’d clenched her fists so tightly that she bent both the fork and knife in her hand. Jeanette would need some vicodin and some cock stat if she ever had any hope of getting through the day without stabbing someone.

    My wife’s up to something.

This was the cryptic text message that Hershey had received from Brandon earlier that morning. So much for staying out of needless drama. She didn’t know what to make of it exactly, but she had an idea. From the moment she’d set foot in the Boulder’s kitchen, she sensed the rivalry that was brooding between her and Jeanette. She wasn’t looking for the fight, but it found her anyway. Hershey, however, was no fool. She could stand her ground around Jeanette. She knew a woman like that was mostly talk and fussing and very little action. Hershey had been in real fights in her youth…

A few minutes after she’d received Brandon’s text message, Hershey decided to get some intel so that she could understand her enemy a little bit better. She wanted to keep this job. And although she hated to admit it, she wanted a chance with Brandon too. She approached Jeanette and told her that she was had a doctor’s appointment coming up, so she would be heading out shortly.

“Okay,” Jeanette responded, never lifting her eyes from her crossword puzzle.

Hershey drove out of the Manor gates and parked her car a few blocks away, and they she came back by foot to spy on Jeanette. She quietly walked through the front security gate. The guard on post was really confused. Where’d her car go? He thought. Hershey let herself in through the back door, and crept through the kitchen, through the dining room, through the foyer, past the main lobby, and up the stairs to the second floor. When Hershey got to the stairs, she heard a very distinct squeaky noise. It was the unmistakable sound of a woman riding a man’s cock and loving it. What do we have here? Hershey thought. She knew that Brandon wasn’t home, so who was having sex upstairs in his bedroom?

Hershey tip-toed up the staircase, trying her best to be silent. This was extremely difficult, by the way, because the steps were old hardwood. Each step forward like a blind walk through a minefield. Hershey didn’t know which step would creak and blow her cover to smithereens. About halfway up the stairs, Hershey stepped on a creaker, but she controlled the weight of her footstep enough to soften the noise. Hershey paused and listened to see if Jeanette had heard. She seemed to be moaning just like before. It seemed like Hershey was safe. After that first brush, Hershey sighed and climbed up the rest of the staircase a bit more casually. When she final step, she put her foot down and- Creeeeeeeak.

This time Hershey’s cover was blown and she knew it. She had to hide. Fast. Jeanette’s moaning stopped, and there was an abrupt halt to any headboard, mattress spring and bedside lamp noises. Jeanette flew the door open. She looked at the hall and staircase, but saw nothing. She looked again and still saw nothing. It was probably nothing … Jeanette thought, as she closed the door again. She never noticed Hershey pressed against the wall, holding her breath behind that door. A few moments passed. Hershey pressed her head against the door. She could hear talking, though she couldn’t make out the words. After a little bit more chatter, Hershey heard Jeanette laugh out loud. Shortly after that, the moaning continued, along with the headboard, mattress spring and bedside lamp noises.
