only thing I cared about in that moment were his words.

“This is Rosalyn Brooks. She is a very talented, up and coming writer. She sold a brilliant script to a major studio, and that is how we met. That is how I fell in love with her,” he said so proudly that it was almost like a parent, boasting that their kid had won their soccer game. I was startled that he was complementing my writing and made a point to make sure that the screenplay sale came first, and then we met. That was important to me. However, it was him saying out loud, “that is how I found and fell in love with her,” that took me by surprise. He had not told me that he loved me until this very second, and the fact that he was telling me in front of the world and it was being documented was a very, very, special to me. It was as though he was declaring that he was off the market to all the women in the world. It was as though he was declaring that he was deeply in love with me and had finally found his one true woman. I looked at him and almost burst into tears at his words I started to panic, as I did not want to be a crying mess in front of everyone. He got the hint and smiled at me and put my hand in his and led me inside.

Once we made it back to the house, we didn't leave again for 10 days. We retreated into our own world, and nothing else existed. I didn't know what the world thought of Jackson's declaration of love for me, and I didn't care. We didn’t once turn on the television other than to watch a movie or two but never on broadcast television or cable. So we weren't exposed to any outside media. We stayed offline, and all we did was eat gourmet meals, swim in his swimming pool, and have lots and lots of sex. I only received one phone call from my producer, Dan, warning me to be careful, but it was a brief phone call and he seemed genuinely happy for me. He knew that it was not his place to make any statements about my personal life. We were living in our own private heaven at Jackson's house, having everything delivered and never having to leave. It was perfect. I could live like this forever, staying in his arms, and having him act like he could not keep his hands off of me. I had never felt sexier.

“They will probably send a rescue party for us, my producer and staff that is…” He said playfully as we sat around the kitchen counter drinking tea. I just laughed because it was probably true.

“You are right, perhaps we should get some fresh air?” I said.

“Great, let's go eat dinner at boa, they have good food.” He said.

“Okay, let me slip into a dress,” I said.

“Yes, I'll get dressed too and I'll take my Porsche so that we can both be dressed properly for once,” he said.

“Good idea, I don't think my silk dress would do well on your motorcycle as fun as I find those rides to be.” I said, thinking about the very first ride I had taken with him, as the vibrations and being that close to my dream man made me have an orgasm. I secretly smiled to myself. I got dressed in his room, because by this time I had moved from the guestroom into his master bedroom. It was exactly what I had hoped would happen when I first moved into this house, I just didn't allow myself to believe it was possible because I did not want to get my hopes up.

An hour later we were seated at the gourmet and fancy, trendy restaurant called boa; everyone who was everyone came here. It was a very Hollywood celebrity place to be, and of course the paparazzi were always in full affect. We sat lovingly, having a good time eating a delicious meal and holding hands for all to see and not caring what anyone thought. It was a perfect night... until a nightmare showed up.

“I can't believe you are doing this to me…” A voice said from behind me. I knew who it was before I even turned around. I was mortified that she was going to cause such a scene in a public restaurant. Her voice was low, but her presence was
