and Caleigh’s ass was beginning to burn inside as much as it had outside from their paddling, but she didn’t say anything. Her orgasm was so close, and if they stopped she might not come. When it finally washed over her, she whimpered for long moments, never wanting the feeling to end.
They pulled off their condoms and turned her on her back. Sterling covered her body with his, kissing her gently. Caleigh clung to him as his bare dick slid inside her pussy. Her orgasm continued while he thrust in and out until tears ran down her cheeks.
When Hugh took his place, his thrusting was gentler this time as well, and Caleigh’s heart fluttered when he reached down and wiped the wetness from her cheeks. “No tears,” he whispered. “Our songbird shall have no reason to cry.”
Caleigh was overcome with emotion. She didn’t know what to make of the subtle change in each man tonight, but she didn’t have the energy to analyze it. They took turns fucking her pussy, until Caleigh lost all sense of time. She was sore and tired. Both men finally came inside her, then she was wrapped in their arms, Hugh in front and Sterling behind. She drifted off to sleep listening to crickets chirp, and the sound of both men breathing softly.

Chapter Ten

Caleigh woke in her own room but couldn’t remember how she got there. Her mouth tasted like sand, and there wasn’t a spot on her body that didn’t ache. She rolled out of bed, drank three glasses of water, then wrapped a robe around her naked body before padding down to the bathroom at the end of the hall.
What time was it? None of the staff were around, which was unusual. What day was it? She was supposed to perform again on Wednesday. She hoped that wasn’t tonight, because she could barely sit, let alone think about standing on a stage for three twenty-minute sets.
She caught sight of her ass in the mirror and gasped. It was red and puffy. Memories of leaning against the shelves in the boathouse while being paddled with an oar assaulted her senses. Decadent pictures danced in her head, only this time they weren’t the stuff of fantasies. They’d really happened. Both Hugh and Sterling had fucked her silly.
Walking closer to the mirror, she examined the hickeys on her neck, breasts, and between her thighs. The ones on her neck would be difficult to hide on stage. The others she gently touched, as if confirming last night hadn’t been a fantasy.
Caleigh returned to her bed and lay on her side, trying to remember when and how she’d returned to her room. A quick glance at her alarm clock told her why no one was around. It was ten in the morning. Everyone was at work. Her gaze fell on the calendar and she groaned. It was Wednesday. How the hell was she going to sing tonight? Should she find Niko or Reeve and tell them she was ill? They’d never believe it. Not after Niko’s warning to her. The last thing she wanted to do was cause a rift between the owners.
She sat up and rested her elbows on her knees, dropping her chin into her hands as she recalled the unpleasant conversation with Niko. She’d have to find him and apologize. They had to work together, after all. She’d been hired to sing with the band, not fuck the owners silly.
But she knew it wouldn’t be that easy. It wasn’t as if she could simply pretend last night hadn’t happened. Add to that the fact she’d felt something for them—both of them—and she hadn’t simply landed in a pickle. She’d managed to dive into the barrel, as Edgar used to say.
He’d chided her in high school for having accidentally made two dates for the same night on more than one occasion. He once accused her of doing it on purpose, but Caleigh had denied it. Now, she wasn’t so sure he hadn’t hit the nail on the head.
She glanced at the dresser where the three letters still sat, unanswered. Edgar didn’t know about these three. She did need to take care of this, and fast. She also hadn’t written Babs at all, but how
