close behind her. He placed a hand on her shoulder. She turned to gaze up into Jack's dark depths.

He tugged her away from Jordan and into his arms. She hid her face against his hard chest and felt him kiss the top of her head. She could hear the rapid beating of Jack's heart beneath her ear. It was a heady aphrodisiac. Jordan mixed with Jack; she was on a hormonal overload, her body on fire.

"For as long as you want us to be."

She looked up at him a little confused by his words. He raised his hand and wiped away her tears with the pads of his thumbs before tracing down over her lips.

"You have the most incredible lips I have ever seen." Jack lowered his head to cover them with his own. A soft sweeping kiss, he traced his tongue across her bottom lip.
Katie suddenly didn't want soft and tender. She wanted hungry and demanding. She slid her hand up to Jack's neck, tugging him down harder against her mouth. Jack groaned and got the message darn quick, giving her exactly what she wanted. His fingers wound up into her hair and angled her mouth, pushing his tongue in deeply to plunder her depths. A moan rose up from her throat. Jack's kiss had a stun affect on her, turning her knees to water.

Chapter Ten
Jack knew there was much more to the small details Katie had told them--there was something she was hiding behind her sweet blue eyes. She had been deeply hurt if those scars were any indication. She was also grieving the loss of a loved one. Katie brought out his protective instincts; Jack wanted to make sure she never got hurt ever again. But her hungry response to his soft kiss made him realize she was more a tigress than a kitten. All she needed was a little push in the right direction.

Jack's instincts had been spot on. She was the perfect fit for them; she was open and willing to share herself. Katie was theirs. He'd use every power of persuasion at his disposal to keep her with them.

She tasted like a fine wine mingling with vanilla, making Jack hungry to have dessert.
But she had been injured not too long ago and was in an emotional state. With great reluctance, Jack pulled back.

"Kitten, you'd better be aware of what you're doing," he warned, trying to catch his breath. Jordan had moved around to Jack's side, looking just as hungry to have her.

"You don't have to do anything you don't want to do, or feel uncomfortable doing."
Jordan's arm crept around her waist; Jack let him tug her out of his embrace. "We want to make sure you're thinking clearly and know what you want."

Her blue eyes seemed to contemplate their words. She glanced between them before a wicked little smile lit her face. Jack had been hard all damn evening watching her smiles, hearing her laughter, watching Jordan interact with her as if she belonged with them and she did.

"I remember you telling me you were going to make my first time special."

Jordan gave a groan. "Oh, sweetheart, trust me I do. I want you first, but what about Jack. Do you want him here too?" Jack didn't want to leave but would if she wanted him to, he would. She looked at him. He felt his heart leap in his chest. He was harder than one of Jordan's crowbars.

"I don't want to come between you two in any way but one." Those were loaded words and she seemed to know it. Jack wasn't about to let her off the hook or back down. But he had to be certain before he pounced on her.

"Are you sure, Katie?" She met his gaze head on.

"Yes, I'm sure, Jack." Her words sealed the deal. Jack almost pushed Jordan out the way. She gave a wide eye squeal as he swept her off her feet.

"You may get to have her first mate, but I get first taste, and I want my desserts."
Jordan knew exactly what he was about, quickly clearing off the table as Jack laid her upon it. He came down on top her, crushing his mouth over hers, ravaging her mouth with his tongue and kissing her breathless. They were both panting when he came up for air.

"Kitten, as much as I love seeing you in my
