pack up my things, found me a safe place to stay, and the rest is history.”
Adam stood and walked over to where Amy was still pacing. She was almost vibrating with anger.
“Okay, Amy, you’ve had your say and told us everything. Now you’re going to sit down and hear us out, and you’re not going to open that pretty little mouth until we’re finished, do you understand?” He kept his voice gentle but firm. He didn’t want her to bolt on them.
“All right, but then you’re going to take me back to my place so I can go back to work and deal with everything, agreed?” she asked.
“First you listen, and then we talk,” was all Adam said before taking her hand and leading her to the bed to sit down.
Ethan and Jordon had both gotten dressed sometime during Amy’s tirade and seemed just as ready as he was to get everything out in the open and off their chests.
“Six months ago, we walked into the club and were met by the cutest little woman we’d ever laid eyes on.” Adam was taking the lead in this conversation since it was his words that set her off in the first place.
“You were so skittish around us, but for some reason, we all knew that you would be the woman for us. So over the next six months, we came to the club as often as possible just to see that beautiful smile of yours when we came through the doors. The day we found out from Ryder, Sam, and Dan that Jasper had put you in the hospital before you were able to get away from him was the day that we knew you were the one for us.”
Jordon placed a hand on his brother’s shoulder.
“Adam’s right, if we had known you before, Jasper wouldn’t have made it to jail,” Jordon said. “When you came back with the bruises still visible and everything came out, Jasper is really lucky that our cousins are such law-abiding men, otherwise Jasper never would have made it to jail. They took care of you and made sure to keep you safe. They did their damnedest to get Jasper as much time as possible, but because a length of time had passed, they could only get that short sentence, and they knew he’d only serve some of that because of the time he had already served in jail while awaiting trial. What Jasper did to you, baby, was sick, and you should have been able to turn to your mom for help, but she was so wrapped up in her own life that she’d sacrifice her own daughter. We were glad that our cousins were there for you, and we’ll always be grateful to them for protecting you when we couldn’t, but that’s in the past. We all love you.”
Amy gasped and looked about to say something, but Ethan stopped her with just a look.
“You promised us you wouldn’t say anything until we were finished. What Adam and Jordon seem to be having such difficulty saying is that, I think we all fell in love with you that very first moment we met, but we wanted to give you time to get used to us before we really started making a move on you. The only thing about your past that we care about is that you are alive and strong and were finally able to put that bastard away for at least a little while. What he did to you isn’t how a normal Dom/sub relationship works, little bit. Hell, it’s not even how a vanilla relationship is supposed to work. Jasper is an arrogant asshole that beats on those who are weaker than him and then hides behind his daddy’s money when he’s called on his behavior. You are and will always be the center of our world. We want you physically, oh damn straight we do, but it’s more than that. We want to wake up to your smile every morning and know that we helped put it there. We want to make babies with you. Lots and lots of babies and spoil you rotten. We want to make the remainder of your life the happiest it can be. And the only reason that Adam said there would be no sex is not because we don’t want you but because we want you to be able to trust us enough to completely let yourself go, to be able to enjoy and feel everything that we
